Job Description

  • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
  • Coordinate and prepare documentation required for tender submission
  • Ensure company documentation complies with internal ISO standards
  • Receive, direct and relay telephone message and fax message
  • Sorting, recording and distributing of mails
  • Coordinates appointments, meetings, travel schedules and make related arrangements during execution
  • Liaising with other staff in other departments and with external contacts
  • Assists office personnel as may be required for the purpose of supporting them in the completion of their work activities
  • Using a variety of software packages such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Power Point, Excel to produce correspondence and documents and presentation
  • Arranging travel, visa and accommodation
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Managing Director
  • Be able to do personal errands for the bosses

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Secretarial, Psychology, Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years experience in Administrative / Secretary / PA / Document Controller position
  • Knowledgeable with some office administrative skills
  • Computer literate, good typing skills, able to take dictation
  • Candidate with experience in ISO and tender process is preferred
  • Pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills, possess high degree of integrity
  • Young and vibrant
  • Good with MS Office applications
  • Able to communicate and write in English
  • Able to travel to outstation when required
  • Able to work independently and as a team
  • Able to work late and on weekends
  • Able to drive
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Able to help other staff when the need arises

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
