Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director
  • Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and confidential matters
  • Coordinate and prepare for internal and external meetings, including agendas and materials
  • Take accurate meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up accordingly
  • Act as a key liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders
  • Ensure smooth daily communication and keep the MD informed of priorities and deadlines
  • Maintain and organise confidential documents, reports, and records
  • Support customer and client handling as assigned
  • Travel overseas with the Managing Director when required
  • Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior management
  • Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills
  • High level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism
  • Proficient in MS Office and general office administration
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Willingness to travel overseas when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM9, RM12,000.00 per month
