**Accounts Assistant to the CEO**

**WK Consortium Sdn. Bhd.** is seeking a **detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Accounts Assistant** who will act as both the administrative backbone and financial support for our CEO. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, and has a knack for numbers, invoicing, and financial documentation.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Financial & Accounting Support**
- Assist the CEO in executing all personal and business-related accounting activities.
- Process invoices, payment vouchers, and expense claims accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify supplier invoices against delivery orders (DOs) and purchase orders (POs).
- Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and creditor statements.
- Maintain organized and audit-ready financial records.
- Support in the preparation of budgets, management accounts, and financial reports.

**2. Administrative & Executive Support**
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and take accurate minutes.
- Draft, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.

**3. Liaison & Coordination**
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO, internal teams, and external stakeholders (suppliers, banks, auditors, solicitors).
- Follow up on pending payments, outstanding documents, and urgent action items.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth workflows and timely submissions.

**4. Project & Operational Assistance**
- Support execution of strategic projects and deadlines.
- Ensure accurate tracking of financial milestones and operational tasks.
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments, research, or financial analysis as directed by the CEO.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or relevant experience).
- 1-3 years of accounting and administrative experience, preferably in a similar dual-role capacity.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
