**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible in all Human Resources initiatives which include Recruitment Of Foreign Expatriate and Foreign Operators, Contract Wages Administration, Employee Relations (Foreign), updates of employee personal files, preparation of HR letters and reports.
- To handle the foreign worker employment by establishing strategies and plans to ensure timely and seamless recruitment process.
- To maintain extensive and effective networks and relationships with recruitment agencies and government agencies to establish ongoing sources of manpower supply.
- Attending to matters related to employee relations and counseling of employees on disciplinary issues in compliances with local labor laws and immigration for local and foreign workers matters.
- To handle foreign workers issues effectively such as insurance, FOMEMA, Special Pass, Passport Renewal and Work Permit.
- To provide the accurate manpower report daily/weekly/monthly.
- To check and ensure the accurate of contract wages is paying and matching with company attendance record.
- Work and co-ordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth and effective operation in the office.
- To perform any other duties as appointed by the management.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum 1 years’ HR work experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Hands-on experience work with MYEG, MITI, MIDA & KDN.
- Good analytical skills & detail-oriented.Experience with employee satisfaction surveys.
- Team player & great interpersonal and communication skills
- Good time-management skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
