**Responsibilities**:
**Own It**:

- Achieve and exceed financial targets set for the assigned territory.
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers.

**Build Trust**:

- Conduct regular visits to existing customers to maintain close rapport and develop the account for new business by cross selling and upselling.
- Build strong relationships with customers to gain customer loyalty and retention.

**One Team**:

- Work together with other Pos Malaysia team & Customers to achieve great results.

**Drive Innovation**:

- Propose best solutions to customers based on their business requirements and operational capability.
- Develop and maintain sales pipeline to ensure steady revenue generation from existing and new major customers.
- Produce monthly reports/data/analysis and attend to any ad hoc duties as required.

**Move Fast**:

- Able to learn, simplify, adapt and act quick based on business needs.

**Delight Customers**:

- Reporting directly to the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delighting our existing customers and winning many more.

**Required Credentials**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Business Management/ Sales or equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 3.20.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Someone who can smile, persistent, driven and passionate.
- Someone who is SUPER hungry to win.

**Additional information**:

- 8 months contract
