Sales Consultants will be responsible to provide pre sales support to assist the FatNinjas' accounts team and is critical to create and plan the delivery of innovative value propositions to clients by matching technical requirements of new/existing platforms, architecture changes, and complex migrations solutions for our clients.

What you will be doing
- Design, plan and coordinate infrastructure upgrades, enhancements, improvements and/or newly required service deployments.
- Collaborate with partners and research new products to build, upgrade and adapt new services around the FatNinjas' solutions offerings.
- Provide technical direction to engineers, monitor and ensure the solutions proposed to the clients delivered successfully.
- Support and lead large scale enterprise transactions as a Solution Consultant and ensuring optimal client service relating to platform performance, functionality, enhancements
- Support the FatNinjas' Sales team qualify leads by using deep understanding of product capabilities to address business issues and provide business value
- Providing Quotation to Customer

Technical knowledge
- Broad understanding across all IT infrastructure including Windows server, SAN, LAN and WAN networking, switching routing and firewalls, backup and Antivirus.
- Solid understanding of Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019, VMware and Hyper-V
- Enterprise level infrastructure experience that includes high availability configurations
- Strong understanding of disaster recovery technologies, techniques and processes.
- Able to analyze and troubleshoot complex problems.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
