1. To acquire and identify new business opportunities in order to achieve assigned personal sales targets as well as to contribute to overall team performance. Focus the potential on the Japanese Market
2. Coordinate sales and business initiatives and integrate sales processes across the company to ensure smooth business arrangement between Secom and the customer
3. Prepare sales reports (daily/weekly/monthly) to be submitted to Security Consulting Manager
4. Ability to prioritize, plan and schedule appointments and conduct sales calls
5. To maintain good customer relationship and close contacts with corporate clients and business counterparts with Japanese clients.
6. To perform the site survey and providing security plan and any ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
7. Provide sales and marketing strategy/guidance to employees and management including penetrate the market potential, identifying the potential new market, and personally provide the best customer services
8. Provide clear communication to clients, develop sense of customer oriented and best market management on sales and marketing to be performed to improve productivity, and process.
9. Train and monitor work activities for productivity and efficiency of Security Consulting Department
10. Work with employees and management to promote, maintain, and drive continuous improvement in best practices while monitoring productivity, quality assurance, and adherence to customer service requirement
11. Work with various approach and systems to manage market, potential and opportunity in expanding the business. Provide the support toward the customer feedback to prevent the termination
12. Looking for link selling opportunities which will increase basket spend and develop understanding the importance of best-selling lines and feature hotspots
SECOM was founded by Makoto Ida in 1962 as the first security company in Japan. In 1966, SECOM (Japan) has developed the first on-line security system for commercial use in Japan and built a country-wide infrastructure.

SECOM (Malaysia) was established on April 1991. SECOM provides comprehensive security systems and consultations that ranges from small system for shop lots and residences to mid ranges for offices and warehouses to turnkey integrated systems involving man and machine. The core of SECOM’s Security Services are the Central Monitoring, 24 x 7 Response and Maintenance. SECOM is the only security company in Malaysia that the Subscribes trust enough to provide our security officers with keys to enter their premises when carrying out response and maintenance.

Through the years, SECOM (Malaysia) has grown from its humble beginning with only 1 Subscriber and 5 staffs to where we are today having more than 4000 Subscribers, 800 Staffs and 16 Response Depots throughout Malaysia.
