**Responsibilities**:

- Job Description:

- To handle day-to-day legal work and legal advisory for the Legal Department.- Provide legal advice and opinion on various legal issues and mitigate all legal risks and take a lead in negotiations in a more complex matters and deal with multiple stakeholders.
- Develop and implement key legal processes which relates to drafting and negotiating documents.
- Handle and manage all litigation and disputes.
- Provide accurate and timely counsel to each department in a variety of the topics and legal issues.
- Handle the industrial relations function by assisting in the development and implementation of the Company’s IR policies and procedures
- Provide advice and counselling on all disciplinary issues and ensure that action taken by the Company is in compliance with the Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967, the employees’ contract of employment, and the Company’s Policies and Procedures.
- Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations.
- Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure Company interest are protected.
- Keep abreast knowledge in the legislation and regulations in Malaysia especially those involving the Company of Companies businesses.

**Requirements**:
- At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
