We are now looking for a 
Licensed Lawyer (Legal Officer)
 to join our Kuala Lumpur team to support our clients with corporate legal compliance, document review, and company registration procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Review and sign legal documents related to company incorporation, business registration, and regulatory filings
  • Ensure all corporate filings comply with Malaysian Companies Act and SSM regulations
  • Provide basic legal advice on contracts, shareholder structures, and compliance issues
  • Liaise with clients, government authorities, and external partners when required
  • Support preparation of board resolutions, statutory documents, and internal legal templates
  • Work closely with the corporate service and tax teams to ensure legal consistency across client projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized university
  • Admitted to the Malaysian Bar
     and holds a valid 
    Practising Certificate
  • Minimum 
    2 years of relevant legal experience
    , preferably in corporate or commercial law
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian company law and SSM procedures
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure and deadlines
  • Professional, reliable, and open to working in a multicultural international team environment
