- Customer Service Assistant is responsible for attending to inquiries/feedback/requests/complaints from shoppers and tenants tactfully and in a timely manner. Your role includes but not limited to:
- Communication with shoppers and tenants in person or via phone call.
- Ensuring all customer facilities such as strollers and wheelchairs are in good working condition and maintained at high standard of cleanliness
- Conducting internal daily floor checks including tenant opening and closing hour.
- Taxi queue monitoring to ensuring compliance to the mall rules and regulations.
- Attending to emergencies and responding according to the center Standard Operating Procedure
- Concierge desk administration duties
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations of the mall
- Assist in mall marketing events and campaigns such as handling gift redemption, lucky draws, contest forms etc.
- Essential to this role is experience in customer service with an approachable and friendly demeanor. Excellent proficiency in English is a must have skill for this role. You must be able to work on weekend and public holidays.
