WK Consortium Sdn Bhd is looking for an **Executive Assistant to the CEO** — someone who is not only efficient but also a true partner in execution.
**What You'll Be Doing**
**1. Administrative Excellence**
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and take minutes with precision and accuracy.
- Draft, format, and proofread reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
**2. Communication & Liaison**
- Act as a key point of contact between the CEO and both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential matters with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure alignment on all important communications.
**3. Project & Operational Support**
- Support execution of strategic initiatives and departmental coordination.
- Track deadlines, project milestones, and ensure smooth inter-departmental communication.
- Assist with ad-hoc assignments or research for the CEO.
**4. Office Management & Events**
- Maintain an organized, well-equipped office environment.
- Coordinate logistics for internal meetings, external visits, and company functions.
**5. Travel & Expenses**
- Handle all travel arrangements (flights, hotels, logistics) both locally and internationally.
- Prepare and submit travel expense claims in a timely and accurate manner.
**6. Personal & Executive Support**
- Assist the CEO with personal tasks and errands as needed to ensure full focus on business operations.
- Be ready to take on evolving responsibilities in a fast-paced leadership environment.
**What We're Looking For**
- 2-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Secretary, or Executive Assistant.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and finance processes (e.g., expense tracking, petty cash).
- Excellent written and spoken English (Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is a plus).
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and professional in handling confidential information.
