**Responsibilities**:
We're looking for a detailed oriented, dynamic and well-organised personal assistant to help senior management with personalised administrative tasks.

To be successful as a personal assistant, you need to have strong organisational skills and previous secretarial experience. Successful personal assistants are attuned to the demands of their bosses and work independently to provide individualised administrative help.

Job Description & Responsibilities
- We’re looking for a proactive and meticulous Personal Assistant with great interpersonal skills, strong speaking and and a strong work ethic with at-least 3 years of experience.
- This role reports directly to our Company Director and is in charge of all business and personal obligations as assigned by the Company Director.
- This position’s primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive support to the Company Director, allowing him to focus on his primary responsibilities while maximising his time and effectiveness
- Responsible for a wide variety of administrative support duties and physical work
- Assisting daily task of Company Director either personal or company related and providing high quality work is a must.
- To perform any related/extra tasks as assigned by superior from time to time
- Strong organisation, prioritisation, and time management skills.
- Strong ability to meet changing priorities.
- Must be flexible and adaptable to a given situation.
- Must be able to multitask
- Running daily errands
- Willing to work at multiple places

Additional Information/ Requirement:

- Minimum Diploma in Secretaryship or Bachelor’s degree in any field
- At least 1-3 years of relevant working experience is required
- Possess good attitude and pleasant manner
- Required Language: English

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
