Job Title: Personal Assistant to Factory Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- **Manage Executive Calendar**: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Factory Manager.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Organize domestic and international travel, including creating detailed itineraries and ensuring all travel documents are in order.
- **Document Preparation**: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- **Meeting Facilitation**: Assist in organizing meetings, including taking minutes and tracking follow-up actions.
- **Confidentiality Maintenance**: Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- **Operational Support**: Assist with daily operational tasks and special projects as needed.
- **Personal Assistance**: Provide personal support to the Operations Director for various tasks and errands.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business are preferred.
- **Skills**: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- **Experience**: Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role, particularly within a fast-paced environment, is highly desirable.
- **Attributes**: Proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary Range:
The salary for this position will be competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Additional Notes:

- Familiarity with the flexible packaging industry is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
