Business Development Executive

**Responsibilities**:
Business Partner Relationship Management
- Build and sustain strong relationships with TRAPO’s business partners (car dealerships) to ensure long-term collaboration and mutual business growth
Daily Dealership Engagement
- Conduct regular on-site visits to partner dealerships to provide support, resolve issues, and strengthen TRAPO’s visibility within the dealership network.
Sales Performance Monitoring
- Track, record, and maintain daily sales performance from dealership partners.
- Ensure sales targets are consistently met while identifying opportunities for growth.
Product Training & Development
- Deliver product training, refresher courses, and knowledge-sharing sessions for dealership staff.
- Ensure dealership teams remain confident and well-equipped to promote TRAPO’s products and services.
Sales & Installation Coordination
- Coordinate with TRAPO’s internal installation team and dealership partners to ensure smooth sales, delivery, and installation processes with mínimal delays or customer complaints.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
- Sales Growth: Achieve and sustain targeted daily sales performance through dealership partners.
- Partner Engagement: Maintain consistent and positive dealership engagement via regular visits and support.
- Training Effectiveness: Ensure dealership staff are well-trained, confident, and updated on TRAPO’s product range.
- Smooth Operations: Guarantee seamless sales-to-installation processes with high customer satisfaction.
- Market Presence: Strengthen TRAPO’s brand visibility and credibility within the assigned region.
**Job Requirements**:
- Possess own transport (car) and a valid driving license.
- Proficiency in English and Malay (spoken and written) is required; ability to communicate in Mandarin and Cantonese is an added advantage.
- Strong self-motivation, independence, and accountability in managing daily tasks.
- Confidence in conducting presentations, training sessions, and engaging diverse audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport effectively.
