Tasks:

- Providing 24/7 printing area support to non-technical end-users
- Analyzing issues and implementing a correct resolution
- Contact and provide troubleshooting steps to end-users
- Dealing with printer supplies queries
- Remote printer configuration
- Deployment of firmware and SafeCom software
- SafeCom account maintenance
- Knowledge base maintenance

**Requirements**:

- Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin language and good English
- Excellent customer and communication skills
- Ability to work in a busy and multitasking environment
- Ability to work to a daily routine as well as quickly adjusting to incoming task (Experince is not need)
- Able to work on shifts (8:00 - 19:00) Monday till Friday (8 working hours per day)

WOULD BE AN ASSET:

- Previous experience with L1 or L2 remote support
- Printing support knowledge
- Basic networking knowledge

**2 days working in the office a month after training period

**Fresh Graduate are encouraged to Apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
