**Visa Management**:
- Coordinate with government authorities and external agencies to facilitate the visa process.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee visas and work permits.
**Employee Activities**:
- Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and company functions.
- Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
**Administrative Support**:
- Perform general administrative tasks including document preparation, meeting coordination, and office management.
- Manage and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring accessibility and security of information.
- Assist in the organization of company events and activities as required.
**Learning and Development**:
- Gain knowledge and skills in various aspects of shared service centres, including HR operations, payroll management, and employee relations.
- Participate in training programs and development initiatives to enhance expertise in HR and administrative functions.
**Additional Responsibilities**:
- Provide support in other HR functions and projects as needed.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide assistance on HR-related matters.
**Job Requirement**:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, with a focus on visa management and employee activities.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) for communication with China-based staff.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
