**Department Overview**: HR Operations & Support on Employee Matters
** - Provide support to the Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) on various HR initiatives and projects, including Employee Engagement, Immigration Administration, Employee Relations, and Wellness programs.

- Coordinate and execute employee engagement project activities, encompassing planning, design, administration, and the development of internal communication materials.

- Assist the HRBP in the periodic review, updating, and maintenance of relevant company policies as required.

- Offer administrative support for the HRBP's daily operational needs.

- Undertake additional ad-hoc tasks and assignments as necessary.

**Basic Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma, in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management/ or equivalent.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

- Familiar with Google workspace

- Must be able to start in January 2026 or February 2026.

- Duration: 3 to 6 months (Minimum 3 months).
