- Experience in Sales / Tele sales / Telemarketing is a huge plus.

- Able to communicate in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is privilege.
- Preferably with knowledge in unit trust, stock and financial market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and work closely with the team to achieve personal and team sales target.
- Maintaining contact with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Possess strong communication skills to conduct sales over the phone.
- Deliver and educate prospective customers on the product information and services.
- Assists customers with account opening and maintain customer records in CRM.
- Support customers with technical and troubleshooting issues.
- Deal with complaints of a varying nature promptly and effectively.
