**Job Description**:
Ensure adherence of staff to company policies, procedures, and standard of ethics and integrity.
Orientation of new employees to the organisation (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, etc).
Plan and coordinate administrative matters.
Deal with employee request regarding HR issues, rules and regulations.
Responsible to recruit suitable staff or job vacancies which include advertised, sourcing, call and schedule interview, job offer and documentations.
Manpower planning, human capital cost and efficient allocation of staff to achieve the Group’s mission.
Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets the company’s needs.
Responsible to identify staff weaknesses and able to find way to align team to achieve company goals and objectives.
Able to create a positive environment of workplace to ensure respects among employee.
Provide Human Resources related advice and solution to employees in addressing their issues.
Payroll administrative (prepare/checking payroll report, EPF, SOCSO, PCB, Overtime, pay slip etc).
Handle Ad Hoc assignments from time to time.
