**Responsibility**

**Recruitment and Staffing**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and update job descriptions and job specifications.

**Employee Relations**:

- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.

**HR Operations**:

- Administer and manage HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Malaysia.

**Performance Management**:

- Support the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Track and analyze performance data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

**Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and submit HR-related reports to management as required.

**HR Administration**:

- Maintain HR databases and records, including personnel files and documentation.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
