Position **:B2B Sales Executive**

Salary : RM3,200 - RM4,200

Location : Kelana Jaya, Selangor

Working Hours : Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum Degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management, or any customer-facing role, with a proven track record of achievements.
- Proficiency in English (Mandarin & Malay are an added advantage).
- Possess own transport and willing to travel within Klang Valley.
- Willing to learn, positive attitude, energetic, and self-motivated. Strong business acumen, selling skills, creativity, and common sense.
- Excellent communication, time management, and persuasive skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to strategize, plan, and execute sales activities to meet and exceed targets.
- Manage commercial decisions in collaboration with the Head of the Department.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Identify sales opportunities with existing and new clients.
- Promote and sell training services (team building, in-house training, webinars, and seminars).
- Generate and qualify sales leads to drive profitable growth.
- Develop and execute an Account Development Plan for managing portfolio customers. Conduct calls and face-to-face visits for sales presentations and business development.
- Address client needs with tailored recommendations, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collect customer feedback, enhance customer experience, and build long-term relationships.
- Use negotiation and influencing skills to achieve monthly sales targets and align customer expectations.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
