Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT service management, including service desk and NOC operations, with at least X years in a management or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, incident management, and IT service delivery best practices.
- Experience in managing and monitoring network operations, network devices, and infrastructure.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering high-quality IT support services.
- Experience with IT service management tools and network monitoring platforms.

ITIL certification (e.g., ITIL Foundation) is preferred.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
