Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Customer Service Support Executive** to join our team in Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of experience in customer service. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery.
- Provide feedback on customer interactions to help improve processes and services.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma or degree in any field is an advantage.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in customer service or related fields.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and empathy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
