**Company Description**:
Global Forwarding delivers cargo across our global network via road, rail, sea, and air. From loose cartons for consolidation and palletised cargo to moving dangerous goods and bulk commodities, we have the experience, the infrastructure, and the global network to get freight moving - across towns, across countries and across continents.
- Actively facilitates the embedding of PPG within COE and ensures the maintenance of the job classification process.
- Provides support of recruitment activities as and when required, raising reqs in Workday and hiring employees into the system when they join, generating offer letters and salary proposals, updating and maintaining recruitment required reports and etc
- Compiling data for payroll processing and inserting the data into the payroll template and sending to the payroll officer as per the stipulated cut off times and datelines
- Generating resignation acceptance letters for leavers and conducting exit interviews. Updating necessary attrition reports and sending out monthly/weekly reports
- Supports the PAR process via training and regular communication.
- Supports Employee recognition practices, and generates ideas, activities, ‘themes’ for heads to buy into.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors Degree with minimum 3-5 years experience in HR
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess intermediate computer and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.) skills.
- Provides support as required to Corp HR.
- Ensures all regulatory and group policy requirements are met at all times.
- Supporting business leaders in ad-hoc reporting’s, maintaining ad-hoc reports required by the business, managing HRDF funds and working with external training providers to source for trainings, maintaining employee records, files, reports & etc
