Salary Range: RM2,900 - RM3,500

Working Days : 5 days a week

Working Hours : 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

JOB SUMMARY/ JOB OVERVIEW :

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle to ensure the timely and effective hiring of top talent. The role ensures that the company attracts, selects, and retains qualified professionals to meet business objectives. This position requires close collaboration with hiring managers, strict adherence to compliance standards, and a strong commitment to maintaining the employer brand.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and align with business plans.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview scheduling.
• Manage background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment documentation.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate databases.
• Support recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
• Generate recruitment reports and updates for management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and data protection guidelines.
• Assist in onboarding new hires for a smooth transition into the company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Proven experience (2–4 years) in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment is REQUIRED.
• Familiarity with diff sourcing channels
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, market trends and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS and MS Office tools is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling confidential information.
• Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment regulations is an advantage.
