Job Description

  • Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products in order to persuade potential customers to know more about our products and schedule appointments for sales representative to meet with prospective customers.
  • Explain products and answer questions from customers.
  • Obtain customer information such as name, address and enter information into computers.
  • Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
  • Learn up product information and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Preferably female candidate less than 40 years old
  • Chinese only
  • Minimum education level: SPM
  • Required Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill (verbal and written)
  • Independent and able to work well in a team, fast learner
  • Able to work overtime when necessary
  • Engineering related education background or working experience is additional advantage
  • Working experience as telemarketer or at call centre is additional advantage
  • Computer literate
  • Independent and able to work well in a team
  • Must able to work fully in office
