Inside Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers through consistent communication and professional support.
- Provide prompt and high-quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct daily sales calls and proactively share product updates, promotions, and offers with assigned customers.
- Feedback market info, identify new business opportunities, and develop potential customer accounts to drive business growth.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates with great sense of responsibility and achievement.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Great telephone etiquette.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to speak Mandarin will have added advantage due to language flexibility.
