Clinic Customer Service

Job Description
- To receive enquiries and provide replies to customers/patients via phone (calls/whatsapp)
- To receive enquiries and provide replies to customers/patients on-site (within clinic premise)
- To schedule and coordinate appointments for customers/patients (on-site/ via phone)
- To send reminder and confirm appointments with customers/patients
- To provide follow-up to customers/patients
- To maintain privacy & confidentiality of customer/patient related information/data. Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior/management
Job Required
- At least 2 years' experience in customer service/patient care of job scope
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Candidate with the background of customer/patient registration procedure
- Smooth & efficient Public relationship
- Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
- Compassionate with good communication skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
