Job Description

  • To receive enquiries and provide replies to customers/patients via phone (calls/whatsapp)
  • To receive enquiries and provide replies to customers/patients on-site (within clinic premise)
  • To schedule and coordinate appointments for customers/patients (on-site/ via phone)
  • To send reminder and confirm appointments with customers/patients
  • To provide follow-up to customers/patients
  • To maintain privacy & confidentiality of customer/patient related information/data. Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior/management

Job Required

  • At least 2 years' experience in customer service/patient care of job scope
  • Minimum Diploma in any field
  • Candidate with the background of customer/patient registration procedure
  • Smooth & efficient Public relationship
  • Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
  • Compassionate with good communication skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills
