JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinate airport arrival and transportation for foreign workers.
- Submit immigration documents to relevant government agencies.
- Work closely with the Immigration Department for submission of foreign workers' documentation.
- Work closely with the Purchasing Department and Nepalese Department for coordination and support related to foreign workers' matters, and to arrange stock for delivery to branches.
- Manage logistics and accommodation arrangements for foreign workers.
- Handle coordination with embassies and FOMEMA.
- Assist to collect uniforms, equipment, and supplies from suppliers.
- Assist in any logistics-related matters.
REQUIREMENT
- Preferably male candidates, as the role involves fieldwork and transportation duties.
- Possess a valid driver's license for motorcycle and car.
- Able to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Maintain good cooperation with coworkers (to support related to foreign workers' matters, and to arrange stock for delivery to branches.)
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
