Position Overview

We are seeking talented Manufacturing Engineer with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduate with strong mechanical engineering theory, are highly encouraged to apply. This ideal candidate should be proficient in Autodesk Inventor software and possess a solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles and calculations. In this full-time, office-based role in Selangor, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate the smooth transfer of new products from engineering to production, ensuring seamless integration of new products.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality control teams to ensure seamless integration of new products and to streamline operations.
  • Provide technical support to production teams, resolving problems that may arise during manufacturing of new products.
  • Ensure new products meet quality standards and that manufacturing processes comply with all regulatory and safety requirements.
  • Document product specifications, testing protocols, and other technical information to support the commercialisation process.
  • Manage, maintain and oversee the use of manufacturing equipment, which may include robotics, machinery, and automated systems for the new products.
  • Continuously improve manufacturing processes and systems to enhance efficiency and quality of new products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, safety standards, and technological advancements in the cryogenics field

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience, focusing on process optimization and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Fresh Mechanical Engineering graduates with strong engineering theory (results CGPA 3.6 and above) are highly encouraged to apply
  • Strong understanding of mechanical engineering theory, principles, and calculations.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Inventor software.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with statistical analysis knowledge
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
