Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Implement solutions leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, AI, and automation technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to enhance machine performance and operational efficiency.
  • Collect and analyze data to drive continuous improvement and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, ensuring measurable outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously innovate operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a passion for innovation.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, AI tools, and/or automation technologies.
  • Experience in manufacturing operations or process improvement is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable solutions.
