Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and assistance for the company's .NET-based business applications, including troubleshooting and resolving user-reported issues, application configuration, and customization.
  • Perform routine testing, updates, and maintenance of application features and modules.
  • Work with project teams and business users to understand system requirements and assist in implementing solutions.
  • Develop and maintain business reports using SQL queries and reporting templates.
  • Assist in documenting workflows, technical processes, and user guides for supported systems.
  • Participate in development projects that may include backend services, web APIs, or data integration between business modules and external systems.
  • Be flexible and responsive to ad-hoc tasks and requests that may arise from time to time to support the needs of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Approximately 2 years of experience in a technical support, software implementation, or application maintenance role.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server (basic T-SQL, joins, views, stored procedures).
  • Exposure to ASP.NET or .NET Core, Visual Studio, and web-based applications.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, or AJAX is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and grow into more complex responsibilities, including reporting and backend development.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with ERP, accounting, or inventory systems is an added advantage.
  • Must be a Malaysian citizen and possess own transport.
