What you'll be doing

  • Providing comprehensive administrative assistance to the studio management team
  • Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, filing, and document management
  • Answering and managing incoming phone calls, emails, and other communication in a professional manner
  • Assisting with the coordination of events, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Maintaining and organising office supplies and equipment
  • Offering general support to the team as needed

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • A team player with a positive and customer-oriented attitude
