Job Description
Responsible for handling daily administrative tasks, data entry, documentation, and office coordination. Able to work independently, identify issues, and solve work-related problems with minimal supervision. Ensure records are accurate, organized, and tasks are completed on time.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative tasks and office documentation
- Manage data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties
- Prepare basic reports and support management when required
- Able to work independently and solve work-related issues with minimal supervision
Job Requirements:
- Minimum diploma or relevant qualification
- Experience in admin role is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Able to solve problems independently and manage tasks effectively
- Responsible, organized, and able to multitask
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
