Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for restaurant and corporate roles.
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract and retain top F&B talent.
- Manage onboarding, orientation, and workforce planning for new outlets.
- Payroll & HR Operations
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.).
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
- Ensure smooth and compliant HR operations across all outlets.
- Industrial Relations (IR) & Compliance
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Ensure full compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and advise management on IR-related matters.
- Strategic HR Management
- Partner with management to align HR strategies with the company's business goals.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance initiatives.
- Support manpower planning and HR framework setup for the upcoming Singapore branch.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, payroll administration, and industrial relations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and under tight deadlines.
- Malaysian Chinese candidates are preferred due to language and operational requirements.
- Based in Kuala Lumpur, with willingness to travel occasionally to Johor and Singapore for business purposes.
