Location: Office-Based (Mercu 2) Working Hours: Mon–Fri · 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Shift: Non-Shift
Contract Duration: 6 months (renewable)

Step into a role that keeps our data accurate and our operations running smoothly. You'll be supporting the Customer Success team by handling important documents, verifying information, and ensuring everything is updated correctly in the system.

Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary: RM2,200
- KPI Incentive: RM400
- Annual Leave: Prorated (1 day AL per month of service)
- Download Sijil Setem from the LHDN STAMPS system.
- Upload certificates into the shared folder for internal use.
- Verify the authenticity of income documents.
- Input income details (from salary slips, bank statements, EPF, tax declarations, etc.) accurately into the system.
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of reporting trackers.
- Work with the team to resolve discrepancies and maintain data quality.
- Support ad-hoc data tasks and projects assigned by your supervisor.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Drive.
- Able to follow established procedures.
- Strong attention to detail with a high sense of accuracy.
- Minimum SPM qualification; experience in admin or data-related tasks is a plus.
