Position Summary

The Customer Service Executive is responsible for delivering professional and efficient customer support primarily through live chat and email. The ideal candidate will be a proficient communicator in Mandarin and English, dedicated to resolving inquiries and enhancing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries via live chat and email in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform troubleshooting for technical and account-related issues, escalating complex cases as per established protocols.
  • Efficiently operate multiple systems and platforms to access information and provide solutions.
  • Uphold the highest standards of service quality and customer satisfaction in every interaction.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Mandatory: Professional fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken). Selected candidates will undergo a language assessment.
  • Mandatory: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Preferred: At least 1 year of experience within the mobile gaming industry.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to navigate multiple digital platforms simultaneously.
  • Infrastructure: Must possess a reliable personal laptop and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
