Job Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing an inventory tracking system for optimized inventory control procedures
  • Create detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations and stock levels
  • Overseeing IT operations like system updates, security improvements as well as hardware and software installations.
  • Liaising with management to forecast and plan a company's IT needs in line with growth projections and budgetary constraints.
  • Maintaining a proactive outlook on emerging technology trends that could potentially benefit a company's operations.
  • Setting and monitoring risk management policies, including data privacy and security protocol.
  • To assist on stock take

Job Requirements

  • Experience in warehousing or inventory, preferably in food industries.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Good communication skills with colleagues and customers.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software.
  • Proactive and collaborative problem-solving approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
