Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. To secure sales growth by developing existing and creating new relationships with customers by providing technical know-how support, including but not limited to training, knowledge transfer, onsite and laboratory tests, analysis and products recommendation to customers.
  2. To collaborate with sales representatives to visit farms and farmers regularly, create and maintain good relationships with farmers to support growth for their product portfolio.
  3. To provide technical service to aquaculture farm by mobile laboratory.
  4. To collect data from sales team and/or aquaculture farm for feed application and sales improvement.
  5. To perform laboratory tests and maintain Good Laboratory Practice.
  6. To investigate products related issues, analyze customers practices, results and provide suggestion or solutions.
  7. To provide input on technical service tools that could be beneficial to customers or sales team.
  8. To work closely with sales team to increase customer experience and improve functional feed sales volume.
  9. To maintain customer engagement and customer satisfaction.
  10. To provide training to customers as needed.
  11. To provide support for the creation of training materials including webinar, presentation and video creation.
  12. To undertake job related tasks as assigned by superior/ the management.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Diploma in aquaculture, fisheries, agricultural science, marine biology or its equivalent.
  2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  3. Working experience at fish or shrimp farm will an added advantage.
  4. Results oriented & meticulous on number and details.
  5. Proven negotiation skills and sound technical knowledge.
  6. Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  7. Willing to travel to visit and support customers.
  8. Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin language will be an added advantage.
  9. Strong knowledge in MS Office, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  10. Strong in analytical and coordination skills.
