  1. Recruitment and Staffing:

  2. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

  3. Conduct interviews, evaluate applicants, and make hiring recommendations.

  4. Manage onboarding processes for new employees.

  5. Employee Relations:

  6. Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and address grievances.

  7. Facilitate communication between employees and management.

  8. Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.

  9. Training and Development:

  10. Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.

  11. Develop and implement employee development plans.

  12. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.

  13. Performance Management:

  14. Oversee performance appraisal processes and ensure they are conducted fairly.

  15. Provide guidance on setting performance goals and career development.

  16. Implement performance improvement plans when necessary.

  17. Compliance and Policy Management:

  18. Ensure the organization complies with labor laws and employment regulations.

  19. Develop, update, and enforce company policies and procedures.

  20. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HR policies.

  21. Compensation and Benefits:

  22. Manage payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate payment. Experience in FlexHR system is an added advantage.

  23. Administer employee benefits programs and address related queries.

  24. Conduct salary reviews and make recommendations for adjustments.

  25. HR Information Systems:

  26. Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.

  27. Generate HR reports and analyze data to inform decision-making.

  28. Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

  29. Strategic Planning:

  30. Contribute to the development of HR strategies aligned with business goals.

  31. Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation in HR practices.

  32. Collaborate with other departments to support organizational objectives.

  33. Employee Engagement and Retention:

  34. Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction.

  35. Conduct exit interviews and analyse turnover data to address retention issues.

  36. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment.

  37. Foreign Worker Management

  38. Prepare and manage all documentation related to work permits, visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.

  39. Ensure all foreign worker recruitment and employment comply with Malaysian labor laws and government regulations.

  40. Liaise with government authorities such as Jabatan Imigresen Malaysia, Kementerian Dalam Negeri (KDN), Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTK), and FOMEMA regarding foreign worker matters.

  41. Ensure timely submission of applications and renewals for work permits and visas.

  42. Maintain proper records of all foreign workers, including passport details, permit expiry dates, and medical status.

  43. Coordinate repatriation for foreign workers whose employment has ended, ensuring all documentation and clearance are properly completed.

Job Type: Permanent

Experience:

  • Human Resources: 2 years (Preferred)
