Sales & Marketing Senior Executive / Assistant Manager

We are looking for a proactive, energetic and hands-on individual who can drive both sales and marketing activities for our industrial and consumer aerosol product brands.

What You Will Do:

  • Build brand awareness for our industrial and consumer aerosol products
  • Plan and run social media strategies to gain attention and improve brand reach
  • Work with online affiliates, influencers and KOLs to drive traffic and engagement
  • Coordinate and organise marketing events, workshops and product demos
  • Conduct sales activities including door-to-door outreach and field visits
  • Engage with retailers, hardware shops, auto workshops, interest groups and schools
  • Manage marketing projects from planning to execution
  • Support customer acquisition, retention and in-store activation

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience or strong interest in marketing industrial products or consumer goods
  • Confident communicator; fluent in Malay, English and Chinese
  • Strong understanding of social media, online content and digital engagement
  • Sociable, energetic and able to build relationships easily
  • Hands-on and willing to roll up sleeves to complete tasks
  • Responsible, organised and able to take ownership of projects
  • Comfortable travelling and preferably able to self-drive
  • Enjoys both fieldwork and planning work
