Job Responsibilities

1. HR Documentation & Record Management

  • Maintain and update employee personal files, HR documents, contracts, and records.
  • Ensure all documents are properly filed, organized, and kept confidential.
  • Handle preparation of letters: offer letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, etc.

2. Attendance & Leave Management

  • Update daily attendance records and leave applications.
  • Verify timesheets or overtime claims.
  • Follow up with employees or managers regarding attendance issues.

3. Payroll Support

  • Assist the HR/Payroll Executive in collecting payroll-related information.
  • Verify attendance, allowances, and deductions for payroll processing.
  • Prepare supporting documents and ensure timely submission.

4. Employee Relations & Communication

  • Serve employees with HR-related inquiries.
  • Assist in organizing staff activities, training, and company events.
  • Support in handling employee grievances or disciplinary cases at the basic level.

5. HR Reporting & Data Entry

  • Maintain HR databases and ensure accurate data input.
  • Prepare simple HR reports (headcount, turnover, attendance summary).

6. General HR & Admin Support

  • Coordinate medical slips and HR letters.
  • Support other departments with HR administrative needs.

HR Administrator – Job Requirements

1. Education & Experience

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of HR/admin experience preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (training provided).

2. Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills in English, Malay, and Chinese.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

3. Personal Qualities

  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and precise with data.
  • Good teamwork and able to work independently.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to learn.
  • Able to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
