About the role

Dahua Malaysia is seeking a professional and energetic Presales / Technical Support Engineer to join our team.

This role will be responsible for providing presales support and technical support within the Klang Valley or Penang region. As a leading player in the security industry, we welcome individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and develop together with our company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Continuously monitor and maintain systems, equipment, and project progress.
  2. Respond to technical support queries from internal staff or clients, and provide clear guidance on resolving issues.
  3. Diagnose and troubleshoot system and network problems, software faults, and hardware-related complications.
  4. Responsible for delivering and administering contracts related to road, bridge, traffic infrastructure, and/or maintenance projects.
  5. Manage day-to-day project activities within assigned priorities and ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of information and advice provided.
  6. Knowledge of the surveillance industry, or experience in technical support or project management roles, will be an added advantage.

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field
  2. Candidates in junior level position and eager to growth (fresh grads are welcome)
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin). Mandarin is a must as the candidates will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
  4. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments
  5. Work Location: Petaling Jaya / Penang
