Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Leadership
- Partner with CEO/COO to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead Group-wide HR planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Oversee recruitment strategy, manpower planning, and succession pipeline across all subsidiaries.
- Ensure effective assessment, selection, and onboarding processes.
Performance Management
- Manage annual performance appraisal cycles and KPI alignment.
- Support department heads on coaching, performance improvement, and development plans.
Compensation & Benefits
- Lead compensation benchmarking, salary structure review, and incentive program design.
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF).
Employee Relations & Culture
- Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary cases, and labour law compliance.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive working culture.
HR Operations & Digitalization
- Ensure HR policies, SOPs, and systems are up-to-date and efficiently implemented.
- Lead HRIS, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and implement Group-wide L&D programs.
- Build leadership capabilities and foster continuous learning.
Job Requirements
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent (Master's is an advantage).
- Minimum 10–15 years of HR experience, including 5+ years in managerial/leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in financial services or regulated industries preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM18, RM22,000.00 per month
