Job Description
  1. Organize work flow to meet customer time frame for each order.
  2. Adequately respond to customer inquiries on delivery, expediting, reschedule and cancellation activities.
  3. Coordinate and handle any unresolved customer complaints by directing request to the designated resource or party.
  4. Manage and maintain Pricing data for each customer in the system.
  5. Ensure data accuracy of all new order entry.
  6. Keep records of customers interactions and transactions and follow-up closely to ensure all matter are close
  7. Interface closely and regularly with purchasing, production, quality and shipping to ensure all order are fulfilled as committed.
  8. Coordinate and ensure all sub-contracted products are received into the factory on time to meet the promised date.
  9. Manage and ensure Production Orders are adequately released to meet the Production build plan
Job Specification
  • Degree in Business, Management or other related discipline
  • 1-2 years working experience in CS functions  in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in English language both written and spoken.
  • Additional proficiency in other languages an added advantage
  • Working knowledge and understanding of MRP systems – preferably SAP
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
