What you will learn:
- Human Resource Operations: Develop an understanding of core HR functions, including onboarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration. Gain experience in supporting employee training programs and engagement initiatives while learning how to ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
- Client-Focused HR Support: Learn how to provide on-site HR assistance for clients, contribute to workforce planning, and support HR projects and change management initiatives. Build skills in collaborating with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and implement best practices for organizational success.
- Strategic & Analytical HR Projects: Gain hands-on experience in executing HR strategies and working on projects related to process improvements, compliance, and policy implementation. Develop analytical skills by researching HR trends and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Requirements:
- Final year student of Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or any related field, with consistent CGPA3.5 and above
