1、商务策划:支持项目的合同谈判、策划、评审工作;指导项目变更签证索赔及反索赔管理,推进项目过二次经营创效; 2、成本管控:追踪项目潜亏点;监督施工项目成本管控的实施;参与、指导项目经济活动分析会; 3、招采管理:配合招标文件、合同评审工作;检查、指导、监督、考核项目分包招议标管理工作;收集项目分包指导价/限价,形成数据资源库; 4、结算管理:参与项目分包分供工程结算的实施与落实;参与完成项目结算报送与完成计划;推进项目施工图预算工作; 5、产值确权:负责施工项目过程产值报量与确权的实施,努力提升确权率,为收款提供有力支撑。

  1. Business Planning: Support project contract negotiation, planning, and review; guide project change claim and counterclaim management, and promote project secondary operations and profitability.

  2. Cost Control: Track potential project losses; oversee the implementation of construction project cost control; participate in and guide project economic activity analysis meetings.

  3. Procurement Management: Assist with bidding document and contract review; inspect, guide, supervise, and assess project subcontract bidding and negotiation management; collect project subcontract guidance prices/price limits to form a data resource library.

  4. Settlement Management: Participate in the implementation and implementation of project subcontract and supply settlements; participate in the submission and completion of project settlement plans; and promote project construction drawing budgeting.

  5. Output Value Confirmation: Responsible for the reporting and confirmation of output value during construction projects, striving to improve the confirmation rate and provide strong support for payment collection.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in construction cost estimation, construction management, or other related fields;

  2. At least three years of experience as a business manager in a construction or real estate company;

  3. Experience in on-site business management for large and medium-sized projects;

  4. Experience with Malaysian projects is preferred, as are fluency in both Chinese and English;

  5. Experience working for a Chinese company is preferred.
