Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Head of Sales

to lead our local sales across both
B2C (Direct-to-Consumer)

and
B2B2C (Interior Designers & Dealers)

segments.

This role is responsible for driving sustainable growth through strategic activation programs, deepening market engagement, and leading a growing sales team toward achieving ambitious revenue and expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities

Dealer Sales Channel

  • Develop and implement strategies to build strong relationships with interior designers, kitchen & bath, and kitchen & cabinet dealers in Malaysia.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and networks to expand brand visibility and influence.
  • Design and execute targeted outreach campaigns to attract, convert, and retain strategic partners.
  • Continuously engage and activate dealers and designers through programs that motivate, inform, and align them with our brand.
  • Build loyalty programs, incentive schemes, and collaborative platforms to drive repeat engagement and advocacy.
  • Organize roadshows, workshops, and networking events to sustain active partnerships.

Direct Sales Channel

  • Develop and execute strategies to recruit, onboard, and engage brand ambassadors, KOLs, and agents.
  • Design programs and engagement campaigns to keep ambassadors motivated, active, and aligned with company goals.
  • Foster long-term relationships and turn ambassadors into passionate brand advocates.
  • Build training systems to equip team members and ambassadors with strong product knowledge and effective sales techniques.
  • Track and improve sales efficiency through data-driven monitoring and CRM tools.

Sales Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a sales team of 10 peoples or more, driving performance through structured training and coaching.
  • Implement scalable training, performance monitoring, and feedback systems to ensure readiness and continuous improvement.
  • Set clear KPIs and regularly review team and individual performance against objectives.
  • Cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, and achievement across dealer and direct sales teams.

Sales Executive & Performance

  • Drive the execution of sales plans to achieve or exceed company sales targets.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor local sales group targets and annual budget plans,

ensuring alignment with company objectives and sustainable growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales and team performance, market trends, and competitor activities to provide insights and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with management to align sales execution with overall company strategy.
- Leverage CRM, digital, and AI sales tools to enhance sales visibility, efficiency, and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Leadership, Sales Strategy, and Team Management
  • Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation
  • Analytical expertise in Market Analysis, Forecasting, and Performance Metrics
  • Proficiency in Communication, Presentation, and Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Ability to drive results while fostering a positive and inclusive team culture
  • Strong knowledge of the thermal and hydro technology industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
