JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate with government authorities for visa, work permit and employment pass applications and renewals.
- Ensure compliance with immigration and labor regulations.
- Manage documentation and record-keeping for all foreign employees.
- Serve as a point of contact for foreign workers' concerns and welfare.
- Process foreigner worker monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Handle salary calculations, deductions, bonuses and statutory contributions.
- Maintain payroll records and generate reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and statutory requirements.
- Arrange and oversee accommodation facilities for foreign workers.
- Ensure hostel facilities meet safety and hygiene standards.
- Address accommodation-related issues and coordinate repairs or improvements.
- Maintain records of hostel occupancy and related expenses.
- Facilitate foreigner worker onboarding, orientation and exit procedures.
- Assist in resolving employee grievances related to HR policies.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain updated records of all HR activities and employee data.
- Prepare reports and documentation for audits and management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless HR operations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in in the related field is required for this position.
- Proven experience in HR management within the F&B industry or hospitality sector preferred.
- Familiarity with foreign worker regulations, visa processes and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and statutory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
