Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in generalist roles, including recruitment and payroll.
  • Experience handling foreign worker permit renewals and liaising with relevant government departments is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the Employment Act 1955 and Malaysian HR statutory requirements.
  • Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 documentation and audit preparation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS/payroll systems (Info-Tech experience is a plus).
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and offers.
  • Coordinate onboarding, induction, and probation evaluations.

Payroll & Statutory Compliance

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Handle statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRD Corp) and related submissions.

Foreign Worker Management

  • Process and renew foreign worker permits (PLKS), insurance (FWHS/FWCS), and FOMEMA medical check-ups.
  • Liaise with Immigration Department, KDN, and related agencies for documentation and approvals.
  • Maintain updated records of all foreign workers and contract expiry timelines.

Audit & ISO 9001:2015

  • Maintain and update HR documentation, SOPs, and controlled records for ISO compliance.
  • Coordinate with auditors during internal/external audits and assist with corrective action plans.

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare monthly HR reports on headcount, turnover, payroll variance, and recruitment status.
  • Support performance appraisals, confirmation, and disciplinary processes.
  • Ensure employee files and HR records are updated and confidential.
  • Any ad hoc assignments as required by superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
